Beginner/Intermediate Hatha Yoga: Looking for stress relief, flexibility, strength and balance? This class is for you. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and treat them with care and respect. Class consists of breathing techniques, centering, asanas (specific yoga postures), ending with savasana (deep relaxation). Emphasis is on proper alignment and breathing for safe practice.
Held Tuesdays 9am and Wednesdays 6 pm OUTDOORS near the Ommani Center (contact Shelley for address)
